Every Forklift Services UK  forklift truck undergoes a thorough examination (LOLER) and a full quality inspection before being delivered. As Cesab are part of the Toyota group, the machines are generally obtained from Toyota's vast hire fleet and therefore are supplied in either Toyota or BT livery.

A Forklift Services UK Refurbished Forklift has to satisfy the following conditions before we will offer it as reconditioned:-

• ONE PREVIOUS OWNER -  Most of our refurbished machines come from Toyota's Contract Hire Fleet and have been looked after by Toyota Engineers and have been serviced and maintained according to the Manufacturers recommendations. Alternatively the machines are from our own hire fleet and have been maintained by ourselves as Cesab dealers. As Cesab are part of the Toyota Group and Produce machines for part of Toyota's range, you can expect a very high service level has been applied when these machines have had on-site maintenance.
  
  
  
  
• LOW UTILISATION -
  Forklift Services UK will only eccept
  the machine for refurbishment
  provided the machine has worked
  in a light application and has low
  registered hours.
  
  
  
  
• Each machine will undergo a full inspection before the refurbish commences, and a full report of the condition is issued. All required parts are ordered for the machine using genuine Cesab spare parts. 
  
  
• The machine is then stripped down to component level and all parts are inspected for wear and any suspect parts replaced with new. Items such as Lift Chains, Forks, Seats and Tyres are replaced as a matter of course (unless they are already in as new condition).
  
  
• The machine then undergoes a full repaint bringing the machine back into a as new condition.
  
  
• The machine is then re-assembled and tested
  
  
• The machine will then be passed to the LOLER inspector who will carry out a "Thorough Inspection" as per LOLER/PEWER98 regulations.
